With the dramatic growth of the population in the outlying suburbs of Dallas/Forth Worth market Mark has found a niche in developing small to medium sized upscale shopping centers in these growth markets. His company is responsible for site selection, joint venture formation to develop these projects and coordination of the marketing program for each property. Depending on the needs of the investors for each project a development plan is created to hold or sell the property after completion.
As well as developing his own projects, he also offers consulting services to develop well positioned retail sites.
In addition to development the company is purchasing land to inventory for future development within three years after acquisition.
A Dallas native, Mark started his real estate career in 1970. The primary experience has been development, renovation and management of retail centers. He has also developed warehouse projects, managed small to midrise office buildings and owned and operated a small real estate brokerage company.
